The Harry Potter-inspired phone is RealMe’s second smartphone created in collaboration with Warner Bros. studio. RealMe has launched a Harry Potter edition of its 16 Pro 5G smartphone.
The company has also introduced the Realme Buds T500 Pro Harry Potter Edition. Launched ahead of the release of Warner Bros.’ Harry Potter TV series, this is RealMe ’s second device created in collaboration with the studio after its Game of Thrones smartphone. It has a textured brown rear panel with an Argyle pattern that is inspired by Wizard’s Chess. An engraved frame with the phrase “Welcome to Hogwarts” is visible at the back of the device. The phone features what RealMe calls the world’s first quadra light-sensing colour changing technology.
Under UV light, the Hogwarts crest at the back of the phone undergoes a transformation, with all four colours visible simultaneously. The metal mirror camera deco is inspired by Harry Potter’s pet owl, Hedwig, and is made from premium aluminium alloy. Not just that, a customised user interface, lockscreen designs, wallpapers, and camera filters, all inspired by J.K.
Rowling’s characters will be available. Like the RealMe 16 Pro 5G, the Harry Potter-inspired smartphone features a MediaTek Dimensity 7300 Max MT6878 chipset and a Mali-G615 MC2 graphics card. The phone has a 6.78-inch AMOLED panel with a 144Hz refresh rate, a 200MP main rear camera, and a 7,000mAh battery.
It has 12GB of RAM and 256GB of storage. Special merchandise for customers Customers who purchase the Realme 16 Pro 5G Harry Potter smartphone will also receive a custom gifting box inspired by the main character’s Hogwarts trunk. The box includes an acceptance letter from the magical school, a Platform 93⁄4 train ticket, character postcards, a custom phone case, bookmarks, and a SIM ejector tool.
Only 5,000 units of the box are available worldwide. RealMe 16 Pro 5G Harry Potter Edition: Price The phone is priced at ₹62,999. It goes on sale from September 22.
